Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Plasey you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Plasey is operated by KAMWAVE LLC.

2. The service

Plasey provides a web-based seating chart and event layout tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Plans and billing

The Access plan is provided at no cost with usage limits as described on the pricing page. Paid offerings are billed through Stripe in two forms:

• Studio subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Signature Event licenses are one-time purchases that license a single event, including a 14-day editing window after the event’s end date. After that window the event is archived and becomes read-only; we email you before this happens, and archived events remain viewable and exportable.

Plan limits (guests, events, features) are described on the pricing page and enforced by the service.

5. Refunds

We want you confident in what you buy:

• Signature Event licenses — refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, provided the licensed event has not been published to guests. Once an event has been published or the event date has passed, the license is considered used and is non-refundable.
• Studio subscriptions — you can cancel anytime, and no further charges occur after the current period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you were charged in error (for example, a renewal immediately after a cancellation), contact us and we will make it right.

To request a refund, email hello@plasey.com from your account email with your receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Your content

You own the data you enter into Plasey (guest names, layouts, images). By using the service you grant KAMWAVE LLC a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you use, including floor plan images and your guests’ information.

7. Shared links

When you publish a guest view link, that link is accessible to anyone who has the URL, and displays guest names and seat locations. You are responsible for deciding who to share it with. You can unpublish a link at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use automated means to scrape published guest pages. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Limitation of liability

Plasey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAMWAVE LLC’s total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
