1. Acceptance
By using Plasey you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Plasey is operated by KAMWAVE LLC.
2. The service
Plasey provides a web-based seating chart tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Plans and billing
The Access plan is provided at no cost with usage limits as described on the pricing page. Signature Event and Studio plan features are available via purchase or subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Your content
You own the data you enter into Plasey (guest names, layouts, images). By using the service you grant KAMWAVE LLC a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Shared links
When you publish a guest view link, that link is accessible to anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for deciding who to share it with.
7. Limitation of liability
Plasey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KAMWAVE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
