Plasey — Seating Charts Made Simple

1. Who we are

Plasey is operated by KAMWAVE LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to KAMWAVE LLC.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you sign up, guest names and seating data you enter, and payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store raw card numbers).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Plasey service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, magic links), and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (Postgres) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Guest view links are publicly accessible by anyone with the link — keep your share links private if you prefer guests not to find each other.

5. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes (keeping you signed in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process requests within 30 days.
