Frequently asked questions
I run events year-round. Which plan is for me?
Studio. It covers every event on your calendar under one subscription instead of a purchase per event — past 7 events a year it costs less than licensing them individually, and it removes the per-event limits account-wide. Signature Event is the better fit for your first event with us, or an occasional one-off.
What's the difference between Signature Event and Studio?
Signature Event is a one-time purchase that unlocks a single event permanently. Studio is a monthly/annual subscription that covers all your events and removes most limits account-wide.
Can I combine a Signature Event license with a Studio subscription?
Yes. When both exist on an event, the most permissive limit per dimension wins. For example, a Studio Planner account (250 guests) + a Signature Premier license (2,000 guests) gives that event the 2,000 guest limit. This is how a Studio subscriber handles the occasional oversized event without moving up a tier.
What happens if I cancel my Studio subscription?
You get a 30-day grace period where everything stays fully accessible. After that, events revert to read-only Access limits. No data is deleted.
What happens to my Signature Event after it ends?
Fourteen days after your event's end date, the chart is automatically archived to read-only. The data is kept permanently — you can always view it, just not edit it.
How does event date lock work on Signature Events?
Once you add 16 or more guests to a Signature Event, the event start and end dates are locked. This protects your license tier (guest limits are tied to the event window).
Is the guest view link always free?
Yes — guest view links and QR codes are available on all plans, including Access.
