What's the difference between Signature Event and Studio?
Signature Event is a one-time purchase that unlocks a single event permanently. Studio is a monthly/annual subscription that covers all your events and removes most limits account-wide. If you run events year-round, Studio is usually better value.
Can I combine a Signature Event license with a Studio subscription?
Yes. When both exist on an event, the most permissive limit per dimension wins. For example, a Studio Planner account (250 guests) + a Signature Premier license (2,000 guests) gives that event the 2,000 guest limit.
What happens to my Signature Event after it ends?
Fourteen days after your event's end date, the chart is automatically archived to read-only. The data is kept permanently — you can always view it, just not edit it.
What happens if I cancel my Studio subscription?
You get a 30-day grace period where everything stays fully accessible. After that, events revert to read-only Access limits. No data is deleted.
How does event date lock work on Signature Events?
Once you add 16 or more guests to a Signature Event, the event start and end dates are locked. This protects your license tier (guest limits are tied to the event window).
Is the guest view link always free?
Yes — guest view links and QR codes are available on all plans, including Access.
